TRAIN THE WAY YOU WANT.

What do we offer?

We offer training options that allow you to make real, tangible progress. That is the priority with our programming and that has been proved time and time again. But, we do it in a way that is designed to keep you returning to the gym, motivated and excited for the training sessions ahead.

What is our mission?

Weightlifting as a sport is very repetitive. Not only that, but the entry level of this sport is very high. It requires alot of skill and demand in order to improve. This can cause the sport to lose passionate athletes because of all the obstacles in the way. Our goal at dozer weightlifting is to take those obstacles and surpass them in a way that is exciting. We want to shift the prespective from the typical unmotivated and scared of training image that this sport has and turn it into a journey that athletes are excited to take on head first. Which is why on our programs, there are heavy lifts, there are tests along the way, because that is what keeps the sport fun. You need to have time to perform and lift heavy, that is the whole reason we train.

Here are some of the success stories

  • “I initially thought that I would need a coach to properly guide me through weightlifting and Dylan’s coaching has proven to be a great investment for me. He has helped me achieve multiple PRs in the snatch, clean and jerk, and front squat. He’s always there to answer any questions I have and gives me technical advice whenever it’s needed.” - Hugo Plummer

  • “ My time with Dozer Weightlifting has been amazing. I had been Olympic lifting for around a year before starting to work with Dylan and I had hit a plateau training by myself. l immediately started seeing results in my technique and strength. It was only a few weeks before I had PRd both my clean and jerk and snatch. Dylan has been an amazing coach with great support and encouragement. Working through an injury, he was understanding and eager to get me back training like normal. Coming back, yet again within weeks I was hitting PRs and feeling better than ever. I can’t wait to see what comes next!!” - Josh Darosa

  • “I started working with Dylan a few months ago after suffering an abdominal injury. We’d talked about my training history , the nature of my injury and working on correcting the imbalances at the root cause. Week after week of work, communication and following the program I’d healed up and managed to break plateaus and hit lifetime PRs not long after, and I’m still making weekly technical improvements ! Dylan is an excellent coach and great communicator, and I’m thankful I reached out to Dozer Weightlifting and plan on working with them for as long as I can. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking to break PRs or just get in excellent shape!” - Jake Ising

  • “I began working with Dylan in April of 2021 after switching to weightlifting a couple of years ago and can undoubtedly say that Dylan is the best coach I have ever had.  He is incredibly passionate about the success of his clients and therefore always has the time to discuss any technical issues or provide them with encouragement when necessary.  Also, his programming is very well structured, easy to follow and (most importantly) fun!  For these reasons, I would implore anyone interested in remote weightlifting coaching to contact Dylan immediately.” - Duncan Nowicki

  • “Before working with Dylan, I was stuck at a 75lbs back squat. I did not have any clue as to how to progress my Olympic lifts, as I was stuck barely able to snatch 35lbs — as well as Clean and Jerk 95lbs. My back squat max is now 185lbs, and we’ve only worked together for about 3ish months. My snatch is at 75lbs with a PR coming soon and my C&J is at 125lbs. Dylan’s attention to detail and skilled programming has also helped me lean out by losing 10lbs of body fat, and I did not change my nutrition at all during the time we have worked together. I have become more mobile, stronger, more flexible, and most definitely more confident approaching the bar. I am the strongest I’ve been in my life and am very excited for what’s to come in my training!” - Ariel Flicker

  • “My weightlifting journey began only a few years ago when I stumbled across some videos on YouTube of the Rio Olympics. For some reason I felt drawn into it & felt a desire to begin learning the basics. After a few years of teaching myself from videos & comments from my peers (whom did not have backgrounds in weightlifting) I felt that I had worked up a solid base on my own & I was even, admittedly, a little hesitant to seek coaching because I thought I was doing every thing good enough. That being said, my biggest regret in weightlifting is not starting with Dylan sooner. During my time with Coach Dylan of Dozier Weightlifting, I can confidently say I’ve learned more in the few months working with him than the entire two years I spent learning on my own. He’s been very responsive, supportive & he’s a genius with programming. On a weekly basis I’m surprised with the training that’s programmed & even more surprised with the outcomes. Dylan has opened my eyes to a whole new aspect of weightlifting & he has me excited weekly with what’s to come.” - Cole Gray
