11:00am: Snatch Technique Instruction/Q&A

Noon: Lunch

1:00pm: Nutrition Presentation

2:00pm: Clean Instruction

2:30pm: PM Training Breakdown

2:45pm: PM Training

4:15pm: Group Cool Down

4:30pm: Q&A with Dylan

5:00pm: Wrap Up

6:30pm: Team Dinner

Hotel and travel are not included. However you will receive info on a discounted rate for a nearby hotel that has breakfast included with the stay.

There will be a shuttle running from this hotel therefore all transportation throughout the camp will be taken care of. This shuttle will take you to every event mentioned throughout the schedule.
