The second Dozer WL training camp.
But this one is going to be more geared towards training, rather than instruction.
Instruction will still absolutely be a part of this camp. But the goal of this camp is to put you in the shoes of a competitive weightlifter and show you what it takes to be one of the best.
This will be the total course on not only how to lift weights, but how to be a weightlifter. Important information, including the schedule is below.

6pm-8pm - Dinner, meet and greet
Saturday
8am-8:30am: intro, group warm up
8:30am-10:00am: Morning Training
10:00am-10:45am: Snatch Instruction
10:45am-11:15am: Individual Snatch Analysis
11:15am-Noon: Mentality Presentation
Noon-1pm: catered lunch
1pm-1:45pm: presentation on recovery
1:45pm-3:15pm: afternoon training
3:15pm-3:30pm: Break
3:15pm-4pm: Clean Instruction
4pm-4:30pm: Recovery Presentation
6:30pm-8pm: Team Dinner

10:15am-11am: Jerk Instruction
11am-11:15am: Individual Jerk Analysis
11:15am-Noon: Nutrition Presentation
Noon-1pm: Lunch
1pm-2pm: Technique Presentation
(This portion you will submit any technical questions upon registration, a presentation will be made where youre problems will be given solutions)
2pm-2:30pm: Film session
2:30pm-4pm: Max Out session
4pm-4:30pm: Closing statements/Q&A
4:30pm-?: Cook Out, Games, Hangout
Important info:
The payment we recieve will cover the camp, 2 lunches and 3 dinners.
Lodging will not be covered, but upon registration a list of hotels will be provided. There will be a shuttle to provide transit to and from the gym for those who didnt drive to austin that will run by that list of hotels both days. the schedule will be included in the email.
You will be responsible for booking travel and breakfast. (all hotels on the list will provide breakfast)
Upon registration you will receive an email with further details regarding travel, hotel booking, and the camp itself.
