There is nothing that will expedite progress quicker than boosting your squat. There is one issue, squatting is hard. This program and the added length allows you to boost your leg strength without absolutely suffering every day in the gym. Dont get me wrong, this program will be a challenge. This program is 8 weeks, 3 sessions a week for a total of 24 sessions. Each session includes squats and 3 accessory movements that are dosed accordingly to keep the lower body in shape and healthy.
This program can be used in conjunction with almost any program, just be sure you are eliminating any squats and lower body accessory from whatever program you are doing.
