Training Camp: May 30 - June 1 in Austin, TX
This will be the total course on not only how to lift weights, but how to be a weightlifter. Important information, including the schedule is below.

Friday
6pm-8pm - Dinner, meet and greet
Saturday
8am-8:30am: intro, group warm up
8:30am-10:30am: snatch instruction
10:30am-10:45am: break
10:45am-Noon: morning training
Noon-1pm: catered lunch
1pm-1:30pm: presentation on recovery
1:30pm-3pm: Clean instruction
3pm-3:15pm: Break
3:15pm-4:45pm: evening training
4:45pm-5pm: Q&A
6:30pm-8pm: Team Dinner
Sunday

9:45am-11:15am: Jerk Instruction
11:15am-Noon: Individual Technique Analysis
Noon-1pm: Lunch

4pm-4:30pm: Closing statements/Q&A
4:30pm-?: Cook Out, Games, Hangout
Important info:
The payment we recieve will cover the camp, 2 lunches and 3 dinners.
Lodging will not be covered, but upon registration a list of hotels will be provided. There will be a shuttle to provide transit to and from the gym for those who didnt drive to austin that will run by that list of hotels both days. the schedule will be included in the email.
You will be responsible for booking travel and breakfast. (all hotels on the list will provide breakfast)
Upon registration you will receive an email with further details regarding travel, hotel booking, and the camp itself.
