Basically if you asked me “Dylan, Can you write me your absolute best program?” This would be it.
It is 5 days a week. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday training. Thursday and Sunday Rest.
Can you do this program as a 3 day a week? Yes, simply take tuesdays and saturdays off.
However i strongly recommend trying to make the full program work for you.
