Weightlifting X Running X Bodybuilding

This is where we bring health into weightlifting. If you are a long time athlete, you know that weightlifting is a sport that can really wear on you from a health standpoint.

Not with the Jog Pack. Here we take the focus and shift it a bit from performance and move it over to fitness and health.

The running portion is split between Beginner - Intermediate - Advanced to allow everyone to progress at a rate that is specific to them.

The in Gym sessions should take no longer than 1 hour if done in a focused manor. Everything is finely dosed to get you in and out of the gym without overloading you leaving you to beat down to recover. The typical workout will consist of 2 weightlifting exercises (a snatch and clean and jerk variation) and 4-6 bodybuilding movements.

There will be 5 runs per week.

There will be 4 Lifts per week with an optional saturday bodybuilding workout.
