The 4 week squat program has been the most successful program that we have ever released. Hundreds of PRs were caused by the squat program but there was one problem. How do i blend the squat program with the olympic lifts? Well, weve answered the call and created a program that is the original 4 week squat program, but we have added olympic lifts. Which will allow you to keep your technique sharp, Overhead strong, and able to feel the rewards from all of the squats even more because with the inclusion of the olympic lifts, there is no need to reacclimatize to the olympic lifts, the muscle memory will remain embedded allowing you to turn the huge squats, into huge lifts.
This program is 5 days a week. Monday-Wednesday Training, thursday rest, Friday-Saturday Training, Sunday rest.
