The Technique Manual
This 33 page manual is your own personal coach.
The Technique Manual consists of 180+ cues for the snatch and clean and jerk. Essentially everything i have picked up from 13 years of training with the best weightlifters in the country has been packed into this book.
This is the fastest way to get corrections on your lifts. Say you are with a remote coach, you most likely wont get the corrections you need until the session is over. With the Technique Manual, you can have all the information you need at your disposal less than a minute after your previous attempt.
Here is how it works. Say your start position on the clean is feeling off, go to the table of contents, find clean start position, which would be page 15 and bam, all the corrections, cues, and information you could ever need.
We have broken down the lifts as much as we possibly can. Every position, what happens in between those positions, Every phase of the snatch and the clean and jerk have their own page full of every cue you would ever need.
Each page consists of 4-5 cues with descriptions of what those cues mean and how to execute them. Youll also find common errors that we see in that phase of the lift that way you can even do some trouble shooting. To top it off each page contains pictures showing you what is correct and incorrect so you have a visual representation of what is right and what is wrong.
